The location was convenient and unbeatable there, right next door to the Central Deborah mine with accompanying tram stop. The service was good and the food was tasty.

Friendly staff.
Found dust on headboard and side shelves. Kept accidentally knocking switches by bed so TV and heating would go off.

This hotel is in a safe area and is super close to a music festival. I stayed here for four nights over the Melbourne Cup long weekend, and the public transport made getting around really easy. the location is fantastic-right in the heart of town! 🎉.

Blankets on the comfy bed. Nice hot shower. Spacious room.
Initially not welcoming but improved later. Secret TV and Aircon buttons on console hidden by bedding. Remote only for volume and channel changing. Should be explained on arrival. Kettle cord with tag showed last inspected in 2006!!! Only one face washer.

Comfortable, firm support mattress, comfortable pillows Beechworth Bakery just across the road for breakfast A manageable walk into city centre to access restaurants
My room fronted the highway into city centre; the traffic was a little noisy until 11pm, then settled down overnight, as it was Saturday.

I had a really great stay during my business trip. the staff were super friendly and welcoming. the room I got was reasonably priced and had cutlery, which was a nice touch. It had enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids, making it a decent fit for us! 😊.

Greg was a great host and provided wonderful service staying up late for us to arrive at 10.30pm at night. He called us to confirm which was really professional. He advised us of a fantastic cafe for breakfast Percy and Percy. Thank you Greg

Staff were friendly and helpful.
The restaurant wasn't open, but breakfast was delivered to rooms. Decor is basic and rundown. Modernisation is needed.
